The second-year livewire small forward matched his nine games from year one and was the starting substitute for five. Had his best game against West Coast in Round 1 with 13 disposals and three goals, but an ankle injury in round nine cost him two months. Played seven VFL games on return, averaging an impressive 21.7 disposals including 30 touches, six clearances, eight tackles, five inside-50s and a goal against Collingwood. The StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate was recalled for the Round 24 Essendon game and will be eager to taste more of the AFL system this season.
