Selected with Pick 2, the StreetSmarts Academy graduate became the highest AFL draft selection out of the Academy and was the first of six to join the SUNS list in the National Draft. The younger brother of SUNS star Bodhi Uwland, he has been likened to Errol Gulden. He is capable of playing on any line and complementing transition football perfectly with his running ability, lethal foot skills and shrewd decision making. He can win his own ball but is better suited to providing outside run and his elite disposal makes teammates give it to him. Averaged 16.5 disposals and 4.5 marks in four VFL matches and had 23 touches a game for the Allies.
