The Gold Coast SUNS will welcome attacking weapon Malcolm Rosas Jnr back to AFL football for Sunday’s Round 20 clash against West Coast at Metricon Stadium.

The 21-year-old returns after missing the last two rounds through injury and is one of two inclusions for the contest, alongside the already-confirmed AFL debut for last year’s Number 5 Draft pick Mac Andrew.

The duo come into the fold for Charlie Ballard (injured) and Sam Flanders (omitted), while last weekend’s medical substitute Oleg Markov drops to the emergency list alongside Flanders, Jack Bowes and Hewago Oea.

One of the four emergencies will be named as the medical substitute shortly before Sunday’s game.

With $500 to be donated to Ronald McDonald House for every goal SUNS goal kicked on Sunday afternoon, Mabior Chol will be hoping to extend an impressive goal-kicking run which has seen him hit the scoreboard every round to date this year in his 50th AFL game.

First bounce for the Round 20 fixture is at 1.10pm at Metricon Stadium, with the SUNS VFL squad taking on Port Melbourne in the curtain raiser at 9.05am.

The Round 19 fixture will be broadcast live on the Seven Network (check your local guides) and across both Fox Sports and Kayo platforms.

Those wishing to attend the VFL contest can enter via Gate 3 from 9am before main gates open at 11.30am.
