The Gold Coast SUNS has made two changes to the team to face Fremantle at People First Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
As confirmed earlier in the week, StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate Leo Lombard has been named to make his AFL debut and becomes the club’s first debutant of 2025.
Ned Moyle has also been recalled to partner with Jarrod Witts, in anticipation of facing Fremantle’s dual-ruck setup.
Coming out of the team from last week’s victory over St Kilda are Malcolm Rosas Jnr and Ethan Read (both omitted).
Key defender Mac Andrew has been named to play after injuring his ankle late in the match against St Kilda.
The SUNS are currently sitting third on the AFL ladder with an 8-2 record.
Gates open at 11:30am for the 1:20pm first bounce at People First Stadium, with a VFL curtain raiser between the SUNS and Coburg at 9:35am (9:15am early gates open).
