Vote now: Austworld Player of the Round

It’s time to select your Austworld Player of the Round following Saturday evening’s record-setting win over Richmond.

Noah Anderson was insatiable in midfield, highlighted by an incredibly third term in which he finished with 15 disposals. He led the way as the major ball winners (38 touches) from John Noble (30 disposals, 723 metres gained) and Matt Rowell (27 disposals, 12 clearances).

The SUNS restricted Richmond to the lowest score ever conceded by a Gold Coast side with vice-captain Sam Collins and fellow leadership group member Wil Powell playing key roles alongside Noble, Mac Andrew and Joel Jeffrey.

In a 16-goal outing, five players kicked multiple goals led by Ben King (four) as well as Bailey Humphrey (three), Ethan Read, Ben Long and Jy Farrar (all two).

Touk Miller was everywhere in his return to action before being subbed during the fourth quarter, finishing with 25 disposals and five tackles.
