StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate Havana Harris has taken out the Leading Goalkicker Award, presented by SIXT at Saturday’s AFLW Club Champion event.

In her first AFLW season, Harris was a force to be reckoned with inside forward 50, finishing the season with 11 goals to her name, among two Goal of the Year Contenders.

The number two draft pick from Bond University kicked a goal in nine of 12 matches this year, also contributing at least a score in every match of the home and away season.

Harris kicked multiple goals on two occasions, in both Rounds 4 and 5 against GWS and Carlton respectively, and slotted the SUNS’ final goal of the season in last weekend’s win over Richmond.

She joins current teammate Jamie Stanton as winners of the award.
