Gold Coast SUNS Nathan Krakouer has been recalled to the team to take on Collingwood on Saturday night.

While it will be Krakouer’s 50th AFL game, the Gold Coast SUNS recruit said he was really looking forward to playing against his cousin, Collingwood’s Andrew Krakouer.

“I can’t wait to get out onto Metricon and play against him.

“I am so proud of him, he has turned his life around and I couldn’t be happier for him,” Krakouer told goldcoastf.com.au

The GC SUNS will battle it out against the Magpies in front of a capacity crowd at Metricon Stadium.

“We think we can put in a really good performance against them, we want to take the game on and challenge ourselves against the best,” Krakouer added.
