The SUNS will swing at least three changes for Sunday’s clash against the Giants in Canberra.
Damien Hardwick has named an extended 26-player squad for the match, which will be trimmed to a final 23 players on Friday evening.
The side doesn’t feature first-year trio Dylan Patterson, Jai Murray and Beau Addinsall who have all been managed for Round 22.
Coming into the squad and into contention to return to the senior side are Zeke Uwland, Alex Davies, Jarrod Witts, Sam Clohesy, Lachie Gulbin and Jy Farrar.
Sunday’s match will be the first meeting between the AFL’s two newest clubs in Canberra since 2023, with the SUNS eyeing a second win of the season over the Giants.
Christian Petracca and John Noble earned nine votes apiece in that meeting earlier in the season, while Ben King is firmly in the Coleman Medal race just four goals back from leader Charlie Curnow with three matches to play.
