The Gold Coast SUNS will be bolstered with more than 100 games of AFLW experience this Saturday against Yartapuulti.

SUNS vice-captain Meara Girvan has been named to feature for the first time this season, alongside decorated midfielder Lily Mithen who missed Round 3 with a calf injury.

The inclusions will see defenders Mia Salisbury (omitted) and Katie Lynch (injured) removed from the lineup.

11 StreetSmarts SUNS Academy products are set to field the side including Torres Strait Island talent Heidi Talbot (Ait Koedal). 

The SUNS will don its Indigenous Guernsey, designed by Kombumerri artist Lann Levinge, to celebrate and honour the contributions of the First Nations peoples who have shaped our game of football.
