The Gold Coast SUNS have made three changes to the team to take on Port Adelaide this weekend.

Ben King comes in to make his AFL debut after kicking 10 goals in his last three games in the NEAFL.

King was announced to play in the team meeting on Friday afternoon and was quickly swarmed by his teammates.

“It was a pretty special moment seeing all the boys’ reactions,” King told Suns Media.

“I’m obviously very privileged to be given the opportunity and just can’t wait to get into it.

“I think I’ve built up my confidence to a level where I’m confident I can compete at AFL level.”

Brayden Fiorini will return after missing last week’s game with knee soreness, while Jesse Joyce is also back in the side.

Making way are Pearce Hanley (quad), Sean Lemmens (ankle) and Touk Miller (heel)
