With midfielder Will Brodie set to miss the remainder of the year with a hamstring injury, there will be at least one change to the team to take on Essendon at Metricon Stadium this weekend.

Anthony Miles is available for selection again after serving his one match suspension and would be a like-for-like replacement for Brodie in the midfield.

Dashing defender Lachie Weller is another set to return this week after missing Round 18 with illness.

Recently re-signed pair Ben Ainsworth and Jack Bowes will return from injury this week, but after eight and nine weeks out respectively will likely come back through the NEAFL.

Jordan Murdoch is another set to return from injury and could come straight back into the mix.

In the NEAFL, George Horlin-Smith has continued his solid form and could be another option in the midfield.

Tom Nicholls, Jack Leslie and Jez McLennan were some of the other better players in the NEAFL match against Brisbane and have been putting up consistent numbers in recent weeks.

Who do you think is in the mix?
