The Gold Coast SUNS have made six changes ahead of Saturday afternoons game at Metricon Stadium.

Karmichael Hunt leads a list of long inclusions that includes debutants Joel Tippett and Tom Hickey, Nathan Ablett, Luke Russell and Rory Thompson. 

While Tippett and Hickey will make their AFL debut, Nathan Ablett returns from a long spell out of the game. Ablett’s last game was the 2007 AFL Grand Final, in which he kicked 3 goals. 

Tom Lynch will miss the match with a back injury, while promising ruckman, Zac Smith will be rested. 

Nathan Krakouer, Joey Daye, Charlie Dixon, and Joel Wilkinson have been omitted.
