Elusive forward Ashanti Bush will be unavailable for this weekend’s clash against St Kilda in Mackay after sustaining a knee injury at training.

GC SUNS AFLW Physiotherapist Indianna Franke has told the Qscan Injury Update that the 20-year-old will target being available for the Round 5 date against Port Adelaide.

“Scans showed a minor patellofemoral dislocation injury for Ashanti and we will be working towards having her available for next weekend,” Franke said.

After missing the weekend’s QClash, there’s positive news on the versatile Kalinda Howarth.

“Kalinda was managed last week after suffering an ankle sprain at training during the week, but she will be available for selection this weekend,” Franke continued.
