Kool Beanz SUNS are continuing to inspire the next generation of Gold Coast footballers as the co-major partner for the club’s AFLW program.
Gold Coast will open its 2023 season this Saturday against Carlton at Ikon Park with Kool Beanz SUNS at the heart of its support, proudly displayed across the front of the playing guernseys.
Kool Beanz SUNS branding will also be seen on the back of guernseys at all AFLW home matches in 2023 and across all apparel from 2024.
Gold Coast SUNS number one ticket holder and Kool Beanz SUNS founder Bruce Coulson is proud to be playing a key role in the club’s AFLW program.
“At Kool Beanz SUNS, our focus is providing the best childcare facilities for kids to learn in fully inclusive, immersive environments that puts them ahead of the game,” Coulson said.
At the 13,000 square metre Kool Beanz SUNS childcare learning facility, located adjacent to Heritage Bank Stadium, students have access to facilities including dedicated Art and STEM rooms as well as an inclusive and ever-changing outdoor environment focusing on nature, including a purpose-built football field to continue inspiring the next generation of GC SUNS stars.
The state-of-the-art centre opened earlier this year and hosts more than 180 children each day with development underway for a second facility based at Harrup Park in Mackay.
“We want to be more than the Gold Coast’s local AFL club and this partnership with Kool Beanz SUNS will allow us continue harnessing long-term and lasting impacts on the local community,” GC SUNS General Manager – Commercial Andrew Thomas said.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Bruce & Carolyn Coulson and the team at Kool Beanz SUNS for their on-going commitment to our AFLW program.”
“We look forward to welcoming the next generation of fans to our sport as we continue to develop this partnership for years to come.”
