Vice-captain Sam Collins is set to return for the SUNS in Sunday’s clash against the Adelaide Crows at the Adelaide Oval.
Collins has missed the last two matches with a calf injury and has been named in Damien Hardwick’s extended 26-man squad to face the Crows.
Also among the inclusions are StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduate Leo Lombard, young ruck Ned Moyle and potential debutant Ben Jepson.
The only confirmed out is vice-captain Touk Miller who will be sidelined for several matches with a hamstring injury.
The SUNS will name its final 23-man team on Friday evening.
The club will celebrate a pair of milestones in Adelaide on Sunday with Daniel Rioli set to run out for his 200th AFL game while Ben Ainsworth will become the seventh player to reach 150 AFL games in the red and gold.
