The Gold Coast SUNS will have at least three changes to the team to take on Collingwood this Sunday at the MCG.

Charlie Ballard comes straight back into the side as a direct replacement for the injured Jack Hombsch.

Jack Martin has also been named to return after overcoming an injured finger, named to start off half-back.

Defending pair Jesse Joyce and Corey Ellis have been omitted from the side.

After returning from injury in the NEAFL last weekend, Jack Bowes and Ben Ainsworth are both a chance to return after being named on the extended interchange.

George Horlin-Smith has also been included after some consistent form in the NEAFL while untried duo Jez McLennan and Caleb Graham could potentially debut.

Jacob Dawson, Jacob Heron and Michael Rischitelli make up the remainder of the eight-man interchange.

The final interchange will be trimmed to four at 5pm on Friday.
