The Gold Coast SUNS have made two changes to the side to face Richmond at Metricon Stadium on Saturday.

After a standout performance with six goals in the NEAFL last weekend, hard-running forward Josh Corbett has earnt a recall to the side.

Corbett was dominant in the win over Sydney, leading well to take a game-high 13 marks and finishing with 18 disposals to go with his haul.

Coming in for his first AFL match of 2019 is Jacob Heron, who has built strong NEAFL form in the past weeks playing in the midfield.

Heron had 27 disposals last week and is averaging 17 and four marks per game in the NEAFL this year.

The 19-year-old will start on the interchange bench.

Corey Ellis and Will Brodie have been omitted from the side.

The NEAFL team will take on Redland as a curtain raiser at 10:15am before the senior side take to the field at 2:10pm on Saturday at Metricon Stadium.
