Pressure forward Sean Lemmens will make his return from an ankle injury this week in the NEAFL.

Lemmens has missed seven weeks since injuring his ankle in the Round 8 AFL match against Melbourne.

He’s been named to start at full forward but will likely rotate through the midfield and play limited minutes in his first game back.

Josh Corbett and Jacob Heron have come out of the side with AFL duties, replaced in the NEAFL by Corey Ellis and Will Brodie who have been omitted from the senior side.

Izak Rankine will miss the match after pulling up with soreness from last weekend’s match, with the club opting to take a conservative approach.

The match kicks off at 10:15am as a curtain raiser to the senior match at 2:10pm

The match will be live-streamed here.
